Business Development Manager

We are looking for an individual with a property background to work with members of staff in identifying and generating new business opportunities. Experience in the field of healthcare would be useful but is not essential.

Candidates would need to demonstrate the following

• Experience in premises development
• Ability to build strong relationships with GPs and PCTs and understand the complexities of primary care premises requirements
• Help with building business cases, completing tenders and involvement in presentations to GPs and PCTs
• Progress new schemes through to financial close
• Ability to identify and pursue new leads and awareness of competitive forces
• Overseeing and developing successful marketing strategies
• Responsive to economic trends and government policies
• Highly motivated and capable of transmitting this motivation to a small sales team.
• Commercial acumen and a creative approach
