At the beginningAt our first meeting we ascertain your requirements and what help you need to bring your ideas to fruition. This may entail help with your Business Case, liaison with the local PCT and ownership choices. We can explain how the process works and answer any questions you may have.

Initial StagesThe next stages may include site finding and land purchase, our expertise is useful in finding the most suitable sites, often off market. A dedicated Relationship Manager will be appointed to your project who will be with you every step of the way. Initial sketches are drawn up and discussed with all stakeholders. Third party income generation can be important to the success of schemes and we will find additional tenants if needed.

Design and PlanningWe work with all stakeholders to ensure everyone gets the opportunity to input information concentrating on customers' needs and patient care. Once the initial design and room layouts are agreed with you, we apply to the Planners for permission to build.

Premises ConstructionYour Relationship Manager and Project Manager liaise with architects, planners, engineers etc throughout the process and our clients are also able to give input at Project Group meetings. Our construction team work to a high specification to create imaginative buildings that are contemporary, attractive, long lasting, fit for purpose and future proof.

At the endWe approach all our developments as a long term partnernership and once your building is complete and handover has taken place we provide ongoing support through any teething problems and throughout the term of the lease.
