• Rachel Beverley-Stevenson BA (Hons) - Chief Executive

  Rachel has hands on experience of senior level management across European and Australasian markets and is responsible for devising and delivering company wide strategy. Rachel set up One Medical in 2004 and the company has since developed into a substantial business and become a leading player in the provision of healthcare facilities. Rachel is service driven with specific knowledge of the primary care sector.

   

   

• Robert J Smith FCA - Finance Director

  Robert was the Finance Director of the Centaur Clothes Group based in Leeds. Following this he joined the Nidd Vale Motor Group as Finance Director until its disposal in 2003 which also involved the demerger of the Mercedes-Benz division of the business into Mercedes-Benz North Yorkshire and he continued as Finance Director of that business. Robert joined One Medical Limited in July 2006.

   

   

• Dorothy Ternent - Head of HR & Operations

  Dorothy spent many years working in the Charity sector with responsibility for regional accounts, event management and the day to day operation of the office. Quite recently has trained for CIPD accreditation in Personnel Practice. Dorothy is committed to ensuring high standards and service levels are maintained at head office and assisting with the smooth running of development projects.

   

   

• Sarah Shaw - Head of Marketing

  Sarah joined us from a large plc where she worked in Leeds and London. She had previously worked in advertising and commercial photography having run her own business for several years. Her roles have included profile building new brands, presentations, proposal negotiations, event organisation and building networking opportunities. Sarah is responsible for the marketing of the company within the industry and liaising with our PR consultants on all aspects of public relations and advertising.

   

   

• Linda Hough - Business Development Manager

  Linda has experience of managing projects at a Senior Management level within the health service in both the acute and primary care sectors. Working at a strategic level with clinicians and PCT's to secure positive project outcomes across the health economy.

   

   

• Tim Wilkinson - Relationship Manager

  Tim has worked for various companies in a number of different fields but primarily focusing on account management and generating new business opportunities.

  His experience and excellent communication skills will enable him to liaise directly with GPs and PCTs to develop new primary care premises throughout the country, identify new marketing opportunities and build on existing relationships.

   

   

• Sam Oldfield - Relationship Manager

  Prior to joining One Medical Sam held various positions within a global Telematics company, most recently being involved in the concept and launch of new products.

  Sam's experience covers relationship building, training and general business management. Sam's role within the company is to identify new marketing opportunities and build on existing relationships.

   

   

• Rita Wright - Book Keeper / Administrator

  Rita was previously Practice Manager for a GP surgery in Leeds and as such was responsible for the general management of the practice including the finance. Her experience covers many areas of primary care including the new GP contact.

  Rita is responsible for all aspects of financial control for One Medical and her primary care knowledge is a great asset.

   

   

• Stephanie Picker - Admin Assistant

  Stephanie is joining us during her gap year before progressing to medical school. Stephanie will be acting in a general admin capacity and built on the foundations of her academic excellence, her research skills will be of great benefit to our team. She continues to volunteer with mental health patients, further expanding her experiences in health care.

   

   

• Kate Padgett - Administrative Assistant

  Prior to joining One Medical Kate worked in various administration and customer service positions, most recently working for a large IT company.

  Kate's varied experience and organisational skills will be of great benefit to the team. Kate will be assisting with general administration duties.
