Our Developments
A selection of our current developments:
-
Mowbray Square Medical Centre, Harrogate
This project brought together four GP surgeries all of whom were operating out of converted residential buildings in the centre of Harrogate with no space for expansion. The practices have worked together in a number of different guises and were keen to move to a new purpose-built premise. The site is in the middle of the town, in a conservation area, only a mile away from the existing practices and close to the local hospital and PCT offices, the site was ideal for the four practices and their patient populations.

Primary Care Centre, Long Eaton
Design, build and finance a 600m² primary care centre for Drs Gokhale & Gokhale. One Medical worked with the GPs to identify a suitable site that would allow a new primary care facility to be developed.
They are currently practicing from outdated and cramped premises, and are restricted to what services they can offer their local population due to inadequate consultation rooms. The new premises will provide the doctors with modern facilities that meet all statutory obligations, provide the additional services for their local community and also incorporate a new pharmacy facility.

Rosegarth Surgery, Halifax
Rosegarth Surgery was cramped, old fashioned and unsuitable for staff to provide the high levels of service expected by patients nowadays. Ideally they would have liked to relocate to new, purpose built premises but PCT budgetary constraints prevented this. As a short-term solution the PCT allocated a grant to refurbish the surgery and adapt the recently acquired bungalow next door to accommodate staff.
