"Our current surgery has become too small and we are not able to give the services we want or need to offer. We approached One Medical to help us put together our Business Case which we could then take to the local PCT. After lengthy discussions between ourselves and One Medical they had a sound knowledge of our practice and what we needed to move forward. One Medical then drew up our Business Case, on our behalf, in line with these requirements. This has since been approved by the PCT and funding has been granted to build a 2,400m² new facility in inner city Derby. One Medical have also found us an ideal site and the work is planned to commence in early 2008. We are very pleased with all the assistance One Medical has given us so far and we know we will enjoy working with them on this new build project."

One Medical are acting as a specialist medical developer in relation to a medical centre development in Cleethorpes for a practice of around 15,000 patients in addition to community health and social services.

At all stages of the project they have acted in a professional manner. They have understood the complicated nature of the scheme both in terms of the multiplicity of users and site assembly from two parties. They have dealt with matters at a very competent level.

Their designs have been innovative but affordable and their construction management team set about the project in a very professional manner.
