31.12.2007 - ONE MEDICAL FINISH ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR WITH APPOINTMENT

Leeds based health care developer One Medical is celebrating another successful year with the appointment of Linda Hough, who joins as business development manager.

Linda joins One Medical after 6 years at the Liverpool Primary Care Trust, working as project manager overseeing new builds and refurbishments from design stages through to completion. Linda will now work to identify and generate new business opportunities for One Medical.

Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, Chief Executive, commented: "2007 has seen us complete and hand over our first building. We have also finalised negotiations for a further three contracts with local authorities and Primary Care Trusts to provide first class facilities and in some cases financial support for GPs. I am really pleased to have Linda on board to help expand the company's portfolio."

Linda added: "I'm really excited about joining such an innovative and growing company such as One Medical. There is an enormous amount of potential in the business and I'm looking forward to building relationships with key customer contacts and taking on the challenge of expanding the company further."
